Weddings and private parties are out of this world.  Longhorn Cavern offers locations that a person wouldn’t expect a wedding or private event to be hosted.

Location choices include:  inside the cave or above ground, inside our reception hall, museum patio and stone arches as well as on the grounds by our historic observation tower.  Pick one or host the event in multiple locations.

Also available are custom invitations, hand crafted photo albums, as well as floral table arrangements that you may purchase or rent from us. In addition, we offer private party photography services as well as private party consultations.  Some services are free of charge, while others may incur additional fees.

Private events are charged a set fee based on the areas(s) rented and for a specified time period. Private event rates are quoted on an individual basis based on the time of day, day of week, location and number of people attending. Be sure to call well in advance of your event in order to secure your date of choice.

Menu options include FULL MENU, PARTY TRAY, PASTA BAR OPTIONS and we also can customize menus for your event. All rates are quoted per person. Tax and gratuity will be added. Outside food may be brought into the facility for a service charge.
