The idea of the Pasta Bar is for the guest to be able to create their own pasta dish.
The guest chooses from an assortment of pastas, vegetables and meats.
Then proceeds to the sauté station where the chef mixes the dish, adds a pinch of chopped garlic and olive oil.
Then the chef dishes the creation onto a plate and tops with one of the sauces and fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
This option is a very popular party option.
Your guests are granted the option to choose their own dish created with
all the ingredients that they themselves have chosen.
